Yogurt-Chicken
Recipe Preview
Yogurt gives this dish from northern India a wonderful flavor and also makes the meat very tender. The yogurt and spice flavors will penetrate the chicken if you skin it as Indian cooks always do.To remove the skin, hold a chicken piece in one hand and pull hard on the loose skin with the other hand. A paper towel will help you to get a good grip.
